1. Comprehensive plant::

（1） 50 enamel reactors with a reaction capacity of 260000 liters

（2) Approved chemical reactions: nitrification, reduction, oxidation, amination, acetylation, chlorination, methylation, etherification, acylation, hydrazination, hydrolysis

2. Sulfonation plant:

(1) 20 enamel reactors with a total reaction capacity of 90000 liters and three high-pressure hydrogenation reduction reactors with a total reaction capacity of 13000 liters

(2) Approved chemical reactions: methyl etherification, hydrogenation reduction, sulfonation.

3. Chlorination plant:

(1) Temporarily idle, not installed

(2) Approved chemical reaction: chlorination (liquid chlorine)

4. Tank storage capacity:

(1) The total capacity of class A tank storage is 380 tons: methanol, chlorobenzene, ammonia, nitric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, dimethyl sulfate, sodium hypochlorite, fuming sulfuric acid

(2) The total capacity of class D tank storage is 360 tons: hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, liquid alkali and polyferric sulfate

5. Supporting equipments:

(1) 8 ton natural gas boiler

(2) 300000 kcal refrigeration unit

(3) 2800KW power distribution, 400KW standby diesel generator set

(4) 2 air compressors and 1 nitrogen generating unit

(5) 600 m3 / h circulating cooling water tower

(6) Disposal capacity of industrial wastes:

--- Waste water pretreatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 500 tons and covering an area of 4000 square meters

---Titanium triple-effect evaporator with evaporation capacity of 5 tons per hour

--- An incinerator of 30000 air volume organic waste gas RTO and an incinerator of 200kg / h solid waste disposal.
